The 'in' thing seems now to be to convince candidates to run before they have made up their mind. For those of you familiar with Michael Moore's quest to run a potted plant against an unopposed Congressional incumbent, this is a futile effort to draft that ficus plant in races where Democrats seem to think their best option is to not run candidates. I periodically try to win the lottery by not buying a ticket. You know those really big jackpots that make the evening news? Those are the ones I try for. I have yet to win.
